Dose schedule:
6mo-4yrs Dose 1-2 (3-8weeks), Dose 2-3 (at least 8 weeks);
5yrs-17yrs Dose 1-2 (3-8 weeks), Dose 2-3 (at least 5 months);
18 years + Dose 1-2 (4-8 weeks) Dose 2-3 (at least 5 months) Dose 3-4 is for ages 50+ at least 4 months after 3rd dose.
