- Fun in the Sun! Summer is a great time to be outside. Being outdoors is also a perfect place for physical activities.
- Remember to wear hats, sunglasses, use sunscreen, and limit exposure between 10am and 4pm.
- Tip: Babies younger than 6 months should not be in direct sunlight. Always use hats, and try to be under a shady tree or canopy.
